🎯 We’re seeking a highly organized and resourceful Interior Designer, Set Designer, or Studio Stylist to create a stunning and functional studio space tailored to our CEO preferences. This role involves end-to-end management, from concept ideation to furniture sourcing, staging, and ensuring everything aligns with both aesthetic and budgetary requirements.
Based in Paris, you will oversee all furniture orders, arrivals, and staging while collaborating closely with the video and studio teams to ensure lighting and design work seamlessly together.
Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Disney for their obsession of excelling and having a worldwide impact. You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level and becoming an iconic brand.
To do so, here are your 5 responsibilities :
1 | Concept Creation & Design Ideation
Collaborate with the team to capture the style, preferences, and functional needs for the space.
Develop and present a clear, professional design proposal, including mood boards, layouts, and cost breakdowns for pre-approval.
2 | Sourcing & Procurement
Source furniture, lighting, decor, and props that match the design vision while maintaining budget constraints.
Leverage industry contacts to find high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
Ensure all costs are approved in advance, providing detailed and organized documentation.
3 | Furniture & Equipment Management
Manage orders, deliveries, and arrivals of all sourced furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.
Maintain a clear and detailed inventory to track orders, arrivals, and any modifications.
Collaborate with the studio team to integrate furniture and equipment effectively.
4 | Staging & Styling
Oversee the complete staging of the space to ensure an impressive and functional result.
Integrate lighting solutions that enhance the design and work well with the video team’s requirements.
Address any room modifications in coordination with contractors as needed.
5 | Collaboration
Work closely with the video team to ensure the lighting setup complements the furniture and overall design.
Maintain clear, organized communication with stakeholders and teams throughout the project.

Must Have
Proven experience in interior design, set design, or styling, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects (e.g., residential spaces, studios, photo sets, or similar).
Strong background in sourcing furniture, managing vendors, and implementing design concepts under tight deadlines.
Experience managing budgets and presenting detailed, pre-approved cost proposals.
Familiarity with contractor management for space modifications.
Skills
Creative Vision: Ability to create stunning, resourceful, and budget-friendly design concepts.
Organization & Inventory Management: Highly organized with the ability to track orders, arrivals, and costs efficiently.
Budget Management: Skilled at keeping costs low without compromising design quality.
Adaptability: Capable of working under tight deadlines and adjusting plans when needed.
Lighting Knowledge: Understanding of lighting setups to align with video production requirements.
Clear Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and reporting progress.
Bonus Points:
Experience in luxury or high-end design projects.
Strong network of vendors and contacts for sourcing unique furniture, lighting, and decor.
Proficiency with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
